    Overview

The service this company was built on

GoReview began as a review management platform, and it still is one. More than 2,500 businesses use it, over 60,000 reviews have been collected through it, and clients typically see reviews increase around fourfold. Every other service we sell leans on this one, because review signals decide local rankings, feed the sources AI assistants trust, and determine whether paid clicks convert.

This is not a reseller arrangement. The platform is ours, which is why it can be changed when a sector needs something different.

    Collect, monitor, share

Three jobs, one place. Invite happy customers to review you through email, SMS, WhatsApp or a QR code. Watch every platform daily and respond publicly and privately. Then put the best reviews to work on your site and your social channels instead of leaving them sitting on Google.

Full detail of the workflow is on the How it works page, and the step by step instructions live in the user guide.

    What's included

    What the platform does

The same three stages every client runs, described plainly.

    Get reviews

Invite customers by email, SMS, WhatsApp or QR code at the moment they are most satisfied. Requests are automated and timed to your process rather than sent in occasional manual batches, which is what produces the weekly consistency local rankings reward.

    Catch problems privately

Unhappy feedback is routed to you privately first so you can resolve it, rather than landing straight on a public listing. You still hear the complaint and still learn from it. The difference is that the customer gets a resolution instead of an audience. This is the single feature clients tell us changed their rating fastest.

    Monitor and reply

Every platform checked daily in one dashboard, with an AI response assistant drafting replies you approve and edit. Responding publicly demonstrates to the next reader, and to the platforms, that the business is active and attentive.

    Share the proof

Widgets and badges that put verified reviews on your website, plus scheduled review posts so social channels carry a steady stream of social proof instead of going quiet between campaigns.

    Integrate widely

Connects with 20 or more review sites so the reviews you gather land where your customers actually look, which differs by sector. Hospitality lives on TripAdvisor and Booking.com, trades on Google and Checkatrade, retail on Trustpilot.

    How it runs

    01

    Audit

We start with a full review of where you stand today and what the businesses outranking you are doing differently.

    02

    Plan

A written plan setting out the order of work, what each stage costs and the numbers we will report against. You keep it whether or not you hire us.

    03

    Build

The foundations first: technical fixes, structured data, content and review collection, shipped in weekly increments rather than one large reveal.

    04

    Compound

Monthly reporting on rankings, AI citations, enquiries and revenue, with the plan adjusted each quarter against what is actually working.

    Why GoReview

    Why businesses choose us

    We own the reputation layer

Our own review platform is used by more than 2,500 businesses and has collected over 60,000 reviews. Review signals feed rankings, AI citations and paid conversion, so we do not have to resell somebody else’s tool.

AI search and classic search together

We optimise for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews alongside traditional rankings, because buyers now move between all of them.

    One team, UK hours

Search, content, social, paid and reputation sit with the same Manchester based team, so channels reinforce each other and you have a named contact who answers the phone.

    Reporting on enquiries

We report on calls, forms and revenue, not just traffic. If a channel is not producing enquiries at a sensible cost, we say so and move the budget.

    Reputation Management FAQ

Is this the same GoReview platform I already use?

Yes. Reputation Management is our original product, now presented as one of the services in the wider offering. Existing customers keep the same account, the same dashboard and the same plan. Full plan details are on the pricing page.

Asking every customer for feedback and giving dissatisfied customers a private route to raise a problem is legitimate and widely used. What is not allowed is selectively inviting only happy customers to review you publicly, which is review gating, and we do not do it. Everyone is invited. Some choose to tell you privately first.

Usually, though not instantly. The route is volume and recency: a steady flow of genuine recent reviews outweighs older negative ones, and platforms weight recent feedback heavily. Where a review breaches platform policy we will challenge it, but the reliable path is outweighing rather than removal.

No. Reputation Management works perfectly well on its own, and many clients only take this. It does make Local SEO, AI SEO and paid campaigns work considerably better, which is why we usually suggest pairing it with Local SEO first.

Most businesses are collecting reviews within a few days. The seven day free trial is normally enough to see the first reviews arrive.
