How does the free trial work?

During the free trial you will have access to all features of our platform for one location.

What happens when the free trial is over?

At the end of your free trial you will be asked to pick a plan and enter your payment details. You will no longer be able to access your GoReview account until you activate your subscription. You will not lose any third party reviews collected during the free trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, follow the billing link on your dashboard.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle you will keep access to your account until the end of your subscription.
